Yea. I agree. He was voted for because he has great ideas and has gained the trust of the American people...not because he's black, although that may be an advantage/disadvantage depending on your point of view...

I believe that not all of America decided to vote for Obama just because he is black. In this case, he was the right person to be president and he happened to be black. They voted for him because he showed he was well educated, very organized and preached unity everywhere he spoke, and had a clear method or plan of how he would try to solve the problems in America and around the world.

I agree with you and not doubt some people did but most didn't.

If another black man was running like Al Sharpton for example, he would not have one. He is too pro black and does not talk about unity enough and alot of blacks and white would have been offended.

Does everyone realize that to make a decision, positive or negative, based on race (or the color of a person's skin) is raceism. Just wanted to share that bit of truth with everyone.
